Case Studies
Treviscoe Barns
Nestled in the heart of mid Cornwall, our focus turns to a trio of barns that have stood dormant since the 1980s. Owned by a mother and her three children, these barns hold a history waiting to be revitalized.

Joliffe Yard
A renovation project of Grade II Listed railway barns into new, flexible offices for our Clients. A particular emphasis was put on materiality, the textures of the existing against the new and the finish quality.

Thorpe Langton
Appearing to the street as two, small bungalows, rooms created around internal courtyard gardens bring a feeling of space and privacy. The plan is compact but creates a surprising feeling of space through diagonal views and light from above.

Zambia House
Set on a family-owned farm, in a clearing within established woodlands, the house is arranged around a series of gardens and informal courtyards. Interiors take in expansive views of the adjacent lake and other key landmarks, including a giant anthill, and a beautiful tree where the clients were engaged.

English Presbyterian Church
Our minimally invasive additions work with elements of the existing ‘as found’ listed building - historic and beautiful internally, the clients were looking for a new family home which didn't destroy the beauty of the exising building.
