OOO Studio is a Mid-Wales based ARB registered Architecture and design studio established in 2020.
The practice is devoted to the delivery of well-conceived and thoughtful architecture, working alongside clients who share our passion for good design.
The practice is driven by three core principles:

We’re dedicated to building efficient, environmentally conscious designs, from concept through to delivery.
Rydym yn ymroddedig i adeiladu dyluniadau effeithlon sy'n ymwybodol o'r amgylchedd, o'r cysyniad cyntaf hyd at gyflwyno’r cynllun.
We like to use lots of different ways to test and explain our ideas, including drawing, modelling, photography and collage.

Llinos Oliver
Director / Cyfarwyddwr
BA(hons) BA(hons) MArch PGDip ARB
Llinos read interior architecture at the University of Wales Institute Cardiff graduating in 2008. She also has a first-class architecture undergraduate degree from the University of Liverpool, a MArch from the University of Sheffield and a postgraduate diploma from the University of Westminster. She has been shortlisted and awarded the following prizes, a Commendation for the National Eisteddfod of Wales Architecture Scholarship, Shortlisted for the National Eisteddfod of Wales Architecture Scholarship, and won the Holt Travelling Scholarship Prize in Architecture for Final Year Performance.
Prior to founding Out Of Office Studio, she has worked at several award winning architectural practices in both London and Liverpool, including Assael Architecture, Panter Hudspith Architects and John McCall Architects, as well as more locally at JJT in Aberystwyth and further afield for Ramona Buxbaum Architecten in Darmstadt, Germany.
During her time at Panter Hudspith she was part of the team converting redundant buildings into independent Picturehouse cinemas. Her work as part of the team on the East Dulwich PictureHouse, won and was shortlisted for the following awards; the Civic Trust Regional Finalist 2016, London, NLA Awards Conservation and Retrofit 2016, Commended, the AJ Retrofit Awards Leisure 2016, Shortlisted, the Architect of the Year Award 2016 Sports and Leisure - Winner. The project has been publicised in the BD Online, the AJ Online, FX Magazine and the Building Construction Design magazine
Astudiodd Llinos bensaernïaeth fewnol yn Athrofa Prifysgol Cymru, Caerdydd gan raddio yn 2008. Mae ganddi radd israddedig pensaernïaeth dosbarth cyntaf o Brifysgol Lerpwl, MArch o Brifysgol Sheffield, a Diploma ôl-raddedig o Brifysgol San Steffan. Mae hi wedi cyrraedd y rhestr fer ac wedi ennill y gwobrau canlynol: Clod - Ysgoloriaeth Bensaernïaeth Eisteddfod Genedlaethol Cymru, Rhestr Fer Ysgoloriaeth Bensaernïaeth Eisteddfod Genedlaethol Cymru, ac enillodd Wobr Ysgoloriaeth Deithiol Holt mewn Pensaernïaeth ar gyfer Perfformiad Blwyddyn Olaf.
Cyn sefydlu Stiwdio Out Of Office Studio, bu’n gweithio mewn nifer o gwmniau pensaernïol yn Llundain a Lerpwl, gan gynnwys Asseal Architeture, Panter Hudspith Architects a John McCall Architects, yn ogystal â yn lleol ynJJT, Aberystwyth a thramor i Ramona Buxbaum Architecten yn Darmstadt, yr Almaen.
Yn ystod ei chyfnod ym Mhanter Hudspith bu’n rhan o’r tîm a drawsnewidiodd adeiladau gwag yn sinemâu annibynnol Picturehouse. Enillodd ei gwaith fel rhan o dîm ar East Dulwich Picturehosue y gwobrau canlynol; Rownd Derfynol Ranbarthol yr Ymddiriedolaeth Ddinesig 2016 Llundain, Gwobrau NLA Cadwraeth ac Ôl-ffitio 2016 - Canmoliaeth, Gwobrau Ôl-ffitio AJ Leisure 2016 - Rhestr Fer, Gwobr pensaer y Flwyddyn Chwaraeon a Hamdden 2016 - Enillydd. Oliver O’Neill
Director / Cyfarwyddwr
BA(hons) MArch PGDip ARB
Oliver graduated from the University of Liverpool in 2012 with distinction. He has been awarded the following for his university project work, the Alexander Anderson Medal and Prize - Highest achieving student in the final year of BA or MArch, the Charles Reilly Medal, the Hays Architecture Prize, a Presidents Medal Nomination for his thesis design project from UOL, the Norwest Holt Prize, the Building Management Prize - Best work in ‘Technologies for building adaptation to climate change’, the Sikorski Memorial Prize.
Prior to founding Out Of Office Studio, he has worked at a number of award winning architectural practices in London, including Burwell Architects and Hawkins/Brown from 2013 to 2018. During his time at Hawkins/Brown he acted as project lead on a number of large housing schemes and was part of the team designing and delivering Burridge Gardens for Peabody housing association. This project has won or been shortlisted for the following awards,
